Project 110: Weeks 4 & 5

The last 2 weeks have been a blur. Been busy with work and having fun with my cousin Trissa who visited the bay area. That being said, I ate out more often but tried to control myself and not pig out (except for the time when I took her to the Japanese buffet I've mentioned before).

Here's a rundown of weeks 4 and 5:

Day 25 - 11.09.11

5:45 am - coffee + creamer

6:56 am - water (Dasani)

9:11 am - 1 bottle of Lipton Diet Green Tea

10:30 am - rice, 2 fried eggs, beef & broccoli, sesame chicken, black beans & spareribs (small amounts; leftovers from the night before) and 1 bottle of Lipton Diet Green Tea

12:30 pm - walked for 1.5 hrs. at Lake Chabot

2:40 pm - Jack in the Box spicy chicken sandwich, curly fries and mango smoothie (fries and smoothie shared with Johnny)

5:09 pm - 1 bottle of Lipton Diet Green Tea

(skipped dinner)

Day 26 - 11.10.11

5:45 am - coffee + creamer

8:36 am - 1 bottle of Lipton Diet Green Tea and Honey Bunches of Oats with 2% milk

11:50 am - half a bag of pork rinds

1:34 pm - water (Dasani)

2:23 pm - quarter of a bag of pork rinds

5:12 pm - 1 bottle of Lipton Diet Green Tea

6:25 pm - 2 pcs. fried chicken

9:06 pm - water (Dasani)

Day 27 - 11.11.11

6:30 am - coffee + creamer

8:34 am - 1 bottle of Lipton Diet Green Tea

10:28 am - remaining quarter of a bag of pork rinds

11:48 am - water (Dasani)

2:31 pm - 2 tiny pcs. of pork with upo + 1 bottle of Lipton Diet Green Tea

4:30 pm - half an omelette (1 egg, 2 egg whites, turkey ham and asparagus)

6:30 pm - 1 beef frank + half cup of mac n' cheese

Day 28 - 11.12.11

5:15 am - coffee + creamer

6:43 am - 1 bottle of Lipton Diet Green Tea

7:33 am - 1 boiled egg

10:30 am - salty & sweet mixed nuts (handful)

11:22 am - salty & sweet mixed nuts (handful)

2:10 pm - salty & sweet mixed nuts (handful)

3:40 pm - 1 bottle of Lipton Diet Green Tea

4:03 pm - salty & sweet mixed nuts (handful)

During Pacquiao fight...

7:36 pm - 1 Heini

8:40 pm - 1 Heini

9:20 pm - 1 Heini

Day 29 - 11.13.11

7:30 am - coffee + creamer

8:49 am - 1 bottle of Lipton Diet Green Tea

9:45 am - half an omelette (1 egg, 2 egg whites, turkey ham and asparagus), green beans & corned beef with onions and potatoes

12:50 pm - half bottle of water (Dsani)

1:35 pm - 1 boiled egg and small amount of corned beef

1:45 pm - 1 bottle of Lipton Diet Green Tea

1:57 pm - salty & sweet mixed nuts (handful)

2:06 pm - salty & sweet mixed nuts (handful)

5:56 pm

- Lipton passionfruit & mango green tea

Day 30 - 11.14.11 - Trissa's arrival!

5:15 am - coffee + creamer

6:02 am - 2 boiled eggs

8:32 am - water (Crystal Geiser)

11:45 am - calamari + 1 Corona

5:50 pm - small bowl of rice, pork afritada and 1 Diet Sunkist

Day 31 - 11.15.11

5:15 am - coffee + creamer

9:00 am - half a polish dog

3:30 pm - calamari, fried shrimp, fries, 1 Corona and half a caramel & chocolate cheesecake at Cheesecake Factory

7:30 pm - 1 Corona

Day 32 - 11.16.11

5:30 am - coffee + creamer

8:15 am - water (Crystal Geiser)

12:05 pm - 16 oz. Heini

1:35 pm - 16 oz. Heini

2:35 pm - 16 oz. Heini

7:30 pm - Japanese buffet (too many to mention) + 1 Sprite

Day 33 - 11.17.11

5:00 am - coffee + creamer

7:17 am - water (Crystal Geiser)

10:15 am - McDonald's bacon & egg biscuit, hash browns & OJ

5:30 pm - 1 classic Coke

5:45 pm - calamari

6:00 pm - 1 square of Ghirardelli milk chocolate

7:30 pm - 1 slice of Blondie's pepperoni pizza + 1 regular Sunkist

Day 34 - 11.18.11

6:30 am - coffee + creamer

9:30 am - half of a chicken, ham and cheese sandwich + water (Crystal Geiser)

12:12 pm - other half of the chicken, ham and cheese sandwich

2:55 pm - 1 Heini

5:00 pm - beef, broccoli, green beans & zucchini in tomato & beef sauce + water (Dasani)

Day 35 - 11.19.11

3:45 am - coffee + creamer + 1 Hostess cupcake

5:09 am - water (Dasani)

6:49 am - water (Crystal Geiser)

9:14 am - 2 boiled eggs (no salt)

10:35 am - coffee + creamer

12:45 pm - 1 small bag of wasabi & soy sauce flavored almonds and 3 pcs. KFC hot wings

1:08 pm - walked for 1 hr. and 5 mins. at Lake Chabot

4:40 pm - 1 Heini

6:00 pm - rice & pork with pineapples

6:14 pm - water (Dasani)

I'm glad we're making our walks more regular like we used to. Lake Chabot is beautiful and walking to the dam and back is a good low impact workout. Better than nothing.

I haven't weighed myself yet. I don't want to. Not yet. The figures might disappoint me. Seeing myself in the pictures from Trissa's visit, I realize that I have long way to go. It's okay though. Slow and steady.
