Project 110: Week 3

I had a breakthrough this past week. Well, towards the end of the week (those candy leftovers from Halloween were still around).

Yesterday I felt my favorite sweats starting to feel the sliiightest bit looser. I didn't do anything extraordinary, didn't exercise more(though I walked for hours during shoots) but just really tried to cut back on food. If anything, I don't think I had that much rice, soda and beer this week. And it's made a difference.

Here's a look at week 3:

Day 17 - 11.01.11

5:00 am - coffee + creamer

7:47 am - 1 small slice of lemon pound cake

8:10 am - 1 small slices of lemon pound cake + water

10:53 am - 1 bottle of water (Dasani)

12:02 pm - rice & beef torta with aoli

2:13 pm - 1 suman (Philippine rice dessert) c/o Girlie

2:20 pm - 3 bite size Crunch bars

2:32 pm - 3 bite size 100 Grand bars

6:30 pm - 1 pc. salisbury steak, rice, corn and water

Day 18 - 11.02.11

8:01 am - coffee + creamer

9:45 am - 1 hotdog, 2 fried eggs, fried rice and water

11:08 am - 1 bite size Butterfinger

11:15 am - 1 bite size Butterfinger & 1 bite size baby Ruth

2:30 pm - 1 glass of Lipton Diet Green Tea

4:50 pm - carnitas plate + 1 Diet 7-Up

(skipped dinner)

Day 19 - 11.03.11

5:45 am - coffee + creamer

6:30 am - another coffee + creamer

10:03 am - small serving of Stoffer's lasagna (leftovers from last night) with Kraft 4 cheeses and water (Dasani)

2:45 pm - 1 chocolate chip cookie + coffee with creamer

3:58 pm - 1 chocolate chip cookie

6:00 pm - salad, 2 fish sticks and 1 glass of Lipton Diet Green Tea

7:30 pm - 1 fish stick and another glass of Lipton Diet Green Tea

Day 20 - 11.04.11

5:00 am - coffee + creamer

6:00 am - another coffee + creamer

7:25 am - half a tuna sandwich + water

9:18 am - gum + water

10:52 am - 1 glass of Lipton Diet Green Tea

11:35 am - other half of tuna sandwich

3:05 pm - 1 chicken tender from Lucky

6:30 pm - rice, 1 pc. chicken tinola + 2 glasses of Lipton Diet Green Tea
9:23 pm - 1 glass of Lipton Diet Green Tea

Day 21 - 11.05.11

7:30 am - coffee + creamer

8:30 am - small bowl of Cheerios + 2% milk

9:06 am - 1 bottle of water (Dasani)

10:40 am - 1 small sausage

12:00 pm - half a chicken tender + water

3:51 pm - 1 polish dog from Costco + Sierra Mist

(skipped dinner)

11:11 pm - 1 glass of Lipton Diet Green Tea

Day 22 - 11.06.11

7:30 am - coffee + creamer

8:55 am - small bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats + 2% milk

10:00 am - 1 bottle of Lipton Diet Green Tea

12:57 pm - small bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats (no milk) + 1 bottle of Lipton Diet Green Tea

2:52 pm - 1 chili cheesedog

5:27 - 1 bottle of Lipton Diet Green Tea

6:11 pm - small bowl of ground beef with onions, red bell pepper & broccoli + 1 bottle of Lipton Diet Green Tea

Day 23 - 11.07.11

7:30 am - coffee + creamer

9:00 am - 1 french toast with 1 tsp. maple syrup and half a glass of orange juice

10:40 am - 1 bottle of Lipton Diet Green Tea

2:02 pm - leftover ground beef with onions, red bell pepper & broccoli (no rice) + water (Dasani)

3:12 pm - half a glass of OJ

5:02 pm - 1 Heini (my 1st this week)

7:02 pm - small bowl of rice & menudo + 1 bottle of Lipton Diet Green Tea

7:50 pm - 1 can of Rockstar (original - black)

Day 24 - 11.08.11

7:30 am - coffee + creamer

9:39 am - 1 bottle of Lipton Diet Green Tea

12:18 pm - half a poboy sandwich

5:44 pm - 1 bottle of Lipton Diet Green Tea

6:30 pm - small bowl of rice and a tiny serving of each: beef & broccoli, sesame chicken, sweet & sour pork and black bean and spareribs

I think I'm getting the hang of it. It's not the green tea. I've drank lots of this before. It's just gradually cutting back on food, stopping when you start to feel full. I should be more active though. Except for walking for hours straight during pictorials, I had no other form of exercise nor did we go for our long walks.

Here's to a more active and consistent week 4!
