Have you seen Jane the Virgin? I just binged on the last 5 or 6 episodes a couple of nights ago. And literally, just now as I googled it, I realize I'm 9 episodes behind. Apparently season 2 started 3 months ago. Shouldv'e known, jumping in late on the bandwagon.

I love the freakin' twists and turns of the plot and how everyone is connected to each other in one crazy way or another. I'm not going to mention any details, don't want to spoil anything for you. If you have Netflix, you can watch all of season 1. For season 2, you can watch recent episodes for free on CW but for earlier episodes, you can watch it via Amazon video for $2.99 per episode.

I love how the script was written, even the narrator is hilarious. But I love it mostly because of Jane. How she sticks to her values and speaks her mind. She doesn't wait long to speak up, much less hold anything in. She almost always just blurts things out. Which is cool. No toxic relationships, no holding on to stress for too long, the air is cleared and even if the response isn't what she wanted to hear, she immediately knows where she stands and if it's time to walk away.

Moving on.

There's such promise and freedom in those 2 words. Because if we're in a place where we don't belong, life may seem to drag when reality is, it's short and it's the only one we got.

With this in mind, we must be careful in the path we decide to take. Because our lives really is in our hands. Our present is the outcome of our choices yesterday and our future is basically the result of what our decisions will be today.

Choose wisely.
